For the broth:
Turkey bones (from 1 whole turkey) Water (4 liters)
For the soup :
Garlic (4 cloves) finely chopped
Onion (1 medium) chopped
Ginger (2 inches knob) finely chopped
Vegetables Celery (2 stalks) chopped into small cubes
Carrots (1.5 cups/600 grams) medium slivers
Turkey Meat shredded (1 lb)
Spaghetti Noodles (100 grams)
Kosher salt (2 tsp or more to taste)
Black pepper crushed (1 tsp or more to taste)
