Roasted Asparagus

This is a simple and easy way on how to cook asparagus. This dish is so delicious that it would make your kids eat more vegetables.
- 1 lbs Asparagus
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated parmigiana reggiano cheese)
Bend and snap the tough bottom part of the asparagus.
On a hot pan, add some butter. Add the asparagus and roast them until evenly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.
When the asparagus is almost tender, add some lemon juice.
Put the asparagus on a plate and sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese. Serve as a side dish on a steak dinner or enjoy on its own.
