Pork Stir Fry

Try my Chinese-style Spicy Green Beans with Minced Pork Stir-Fry! It's inspired by the Szechuan Spicy Green Beans you find at most Chinese restaurants. My family thinks it's better than take-out, and it's much healthier too! How to make it? It's easy! Just put the ingredients in a wok in the order that is listed and stir-fry. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1/2 lb Ground or Minced pork
  • 3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce (or dark soy sauce)
  • 1/4 cup Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 450 gm Green beans
  • 2 Green onion stalks (chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
