Hot Cross Buns

- 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast (can be dry or instant yeast)
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
Dough:
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (grounded)
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg (grounded)
- 1/2 tsp Allspice (grounded)
- 4 cup Bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
Cross Dough:
- 1/2 cup Bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 cup Water
Icing:
- 1/2 cup Bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 3 tbsp Orange juice (or water)
