
Roasted Asparagus
This is a simple and easy way on how to cook asparagus. This dish is so delicious that it would make your kids eat more vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Asparagus
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated parmigiana reggiano cheese)
Instructions
- Bend and snap the tough bottom part of the asparagus.
- On a hot pan, add some butter. Add the asparagus and roast them until evenly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.
- When the asparagus is almost tender, add some lemon juice.
- Put the asparagus on a plate and sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese. Serve as a side dish on a steak dinner or enjoy on its own.
