
Pork Stir Fry
Try my Chinese-style Spicy Green Beans with Minced Pork Stir-Fry! It's inspired by the Szechuan Spicy Green Beans you find at most Chinese restaurants. My family thinks it's better than take-out, and it's much healthier too! How to make it? It's easy! Just put the ingredients in a wok in the order that is listed and stir-fry. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!

- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 3 Garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/2 lb Ground or Minced pork
- 3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce (or dark soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
- 450 gm Green beans
- 2 Green onion stalks (chopped)
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
